STEPHEN FLOOD - Co-Founder and President
Steve has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. He has seen his vision for Granard Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing as the premier outsourced national trade pharmaceutical organization come to fruition over the last 10 years. Prior to starting Granard, he was an executive with HMS Sales and Marketing, a pharmaceutical sales and consulting company. Throughout Steve’s career he has launched numerous pharmaceutical companies including creating generic divisions for such brand companies as Merck, Zeneca, and Rhone-Polenc Rorer. Steve graduated from Catawba College (BS) in North Carolina and attended Seton Hall Graduate School.

MATTHEW REGAN - Co-Founder and Vice President
Matt joined Steve in 1999. He offers new and innovative selling skills and methods ideally suited for the pharmaceutical industry. Since forming Granard, Matt has contracted multi brand and generic pharmaceutical companies including Affordable Pharmaceuticals, Beijing Second Pharma, and Inkine Pharmaceuticals. He has also opened and expanded profitable new relationships with some of the largest and prestigious US customers such as McKesson, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. He graduated from Seton Hall University (BS) in 1986.

ARMAND CRUPI - Executive Vice President
Armand has more than 23 years of pharmaceutical industry experience involving all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Operations. During the course of his career he has worked for Glaxo Smith Kline, Organon Pharmaceuticals, and Acorda Therapeutics in various leadership roles. In his most recent assignment, he served as National Sales Director as well as head of Commercial and Sales Operations. Armand's focus is on strategic and tactical planning, sales force effectiveness, specialty/retail trade, data reporting and analytics. He has been directly involved with numerous new product launches including retail, hospital, and specialty markets. Armand graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Business.

WILLIAM HARE, ESQ - Chief Legal Council
William provides assistance for branded, generic and start-up pharmaceutical companies traverse the intellectual property and FDA intricacies required to enter the US market. This includes preparing and filing patent applications, designing around patents, addressing Orange Book and marketing exclusivity issues, preparing and sending pIV notice letters, developing first-to-file ANDA strategies, and defending patent litigations. Many of these skills were obtained while working at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. as Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property, where he helped bring out generic versions of Lipitor® (atorvastatin), Nexium® (esomeprazole), Neurontin® (gabapentin), Zocor® (simvastatin), Pravachol® (pravastatin) and Zoloft® (sertraline). Mr. Hare has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, both from Clemson University, and a joint JD/MBA from the University of Houston. While working in the patent field, he has continued to further his education by obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University.

JANET FARESE - Chief Financial Officer
Since graduating from Drew University, Janet brings with her 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Having begun her career in the major accounting firm environment, she migrated to smaller firms. Realizing she preferred being closer to the heart of the businesses, for the past 15 years prior to joining Granard she has been consultanting to individual businesses in varying industries. Janet's focus has been in designing, implementing and maintaining sound financial systems and procedures for cash control and planning as well as inventory management and EDI transmissions.
